Interpretation
"We", "us, "our", means WelshFurniture
"You", "your" means the person ordering products under these terms and conditions.
"Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
"Product" and "goods" means the product or products you have ordered from us.

Ordering and payment
All charges are in UK pounds sterling (GBP). Any reference on the website or shopping cart to charges in Euros or US Dollars is intended as a guide only, and the true cost in these currencies may differ. All overseas card payments will be charged in their respective currencies, based on current exchange rates. You can pay by any Visa or Mastercard credit card, Switch or Delta debit card, or by cheque. Cheques must be made payable in GBP and drawn on a UK bank. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Once you have successfully placed an order online, you will be sent an email confirming receipt and the details of your order, including your name, the order number and the total price. Please note that it is your responsibility to check the confirmatory email and notify us immediately of any errors at info@welshfurniture.com. Once payment has been accepted by us and you have received an email to confirm this, we will reserve a copy of your chosen purchase/s. A follow up email will be sent once the goods have been despatched to you. If you wish to order by post, please email us with the details of your order.

You must provide true, accurate, current and complete personal information when ordering, and should not impersonate another person or entity, or use any false name or any name that the customer is not authorized to use. By placing an order, you confirm that the PayPal account, credit or debit card that is being used is your own. All card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) as a result.

Product Information
All prices quoted include UK shipping only. For non-UK orders, please email us for a delivery quote. We reserve the right to make price adjustments if it is discovered that the price is incorrect or to protect us from price rises for reasons such as a supplier's price increase, new taxes and currency fluctuations.

Shipping
Free UK shipping is included in all prices. Should you wish to collect your item/s from our shop, please contact us to arrange collection.

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you. Please be aware that the following delivery times are included as guidelines and actual delivery will depend on stock availability.

We aim to despatch all stock items within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment, except where otherwise stated. You will be notified by e-mail once your goods have been despatched. All products will be sent by courier despatch and will therefore require a signature upon receipt. The following estimates for delivery times are intended as a guide only, and some orders may take slightly longer to reach you: UK, 1-2 working days; Europe, USA and Canada, 2-5 working days; Rest of World, 7 working days. Please note it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Should delivery time be delayed we do not accept liability of any consequential loss.

Goods delivered overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you and WelshFurniture has no control over or liability for them.

From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are your full responsibility and you will need to accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered. Where you do not comply with our attempts to deliver the goods, you may incur additional charges to cover storage, shipping and insurance of the goods.

Refunds and Returns
Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please contact us immediately (preferably within 7 days of package arrival) by e-mail at info@welshfurniture.com to discuss our procedures and to organize a replacement. Any claim regarding an item/s that are damaged or defective must be made in wrting as soon as practicable, by email to info@welshfurniture.com, or by post to the address below. Please keep a copy for your records. You must adequately pack any items to be returned, preferably in the original packaging, suitably re-sealed.

Returns on Undamaged Goods - Cancellation Rights
For items bought unseen (distance selling) contact us in writing at info@welshfurniture.com within 7 working days of receiving your goods, stating your intention to cancel. You are required to take good and reasonable care of the goods whilst in you possession and to return as soon as possible after discussing the cancellation with us, using a reputable carrier and at your own cost. You must adequately pack any items to be returned, preferably in the original packaging, suitably re-sealed. You will receive a refund for the goods within 30 days.

Liability
WelshFurniture will not be liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale was formed. We shall not be liable for any defects in the goods caused by any act, neglect or default by you or any third party. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question (minus any delivery charge).
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the liability of WelshFurniture for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or breach of duty.
We reserve the right at any time, in whole or any part thereof, to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the products and services offered through and via this website. Whilst fulfilling all obligations on the part of WelshFurniture, concerning prior received offers to purchase a product or products, you confirm that WelshFurniture shall not be liable to you or any third party from such modification or withdrawal of services. Your continued used of the website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Force Majeure
WelshFurniture shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Invalidity
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which WelshFurniture excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Complaints

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions or the contract between us. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Rest assured that the security of your personal data is our highest priority. Our online shopping system is powered by a secure server and your personal details are encrypted. This is a sign that the site you are entering is secure. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal. When you place an order with WelshFurniture using this website, we need to know your name, delivery and billing address. We keep your information confidential and will not disclose these details to third parties, other than for delivery purposes, as agreed by you (with the caveats listed below).Your payment details will not be seen or used by us, unless payment is made in person or by telphone, in which case any record of your card details that we hold will be destroyed once the transaction has been completed.

We may use your information for the purpose of providing you with emails or mailshots about any special offers, new titles or events or features of our website which we think may be of interest to you and for related marketing purposes.
